Setup and link wlan to lan
Possible Solution, I have a TZ170W working in a simple LAN/WLAN environment. First, I created Firewall access rules with Allow for LAN / * and * / WLAN. Then.. Create a VPN policy as such:
1. IPsec keying mode: IKE using Preshared Secret
2. Name (your choice)
3. IPSec Primary gateway ...or address: enter the wlan IP (in my case 172.16.31.1)
4. IPSec Primary gateway ...or address: (if you have one, I do not)
5. Share Secret: enter the same value from your GroupVPN
6. Check "Specify destination network below"
7. Add your LAN IP address and subnet mask
8.Click on the Advanced tab
9. Select "Apply Nat and Firewall rules"
10. VPN terminated at: LAN/WLAN
Another way it's just set Firewall for wlan / * and * / wlan and click apply
using a windowns ping between LanIP and WlanIP
Setting Group VPN on Sonicwall TZ 170 W
Login sonicwall and point it on VPN session on the left menu
The GroupVPN it alway default if in the first time setting up a router if not just going to the Wizards and run set it up. In the VPN > setting Click the configure of GroupVPN
